This chart shows the unweighted average availability of the account providers’ (ASPSPs)* Open Banking APIs.

Unweighted availability is calculated using the endpoint with the highest downtime for each bank, each day, regardless of the number of API calls each endpoint received.

March 2021: Please note that this month’s Average API Availability figures have been disproportionately affected by the data provided by a single ASPSP, who experienced extended downtime on a single endpoint that typically accounts for <0.05% of API call volumes – Average API Availability excluding the affected endpoint was 99.22%.
