Internally, we actively encourage a culture of transparent reporting of concerns to the relevant manager, HR or legal. Reports may also be made anonymously via an independent whistleblowing hotline.

OBL is committed to investigating and responding to all concerns of alleged misconduct, including breaches of law or policy that are brought to our attention.
